There are some fields in the App Store and Google Play Store that can be filled manually and are crucial for the first impression of the users. Here is the most important info with examples:
App Store + Google Play Store: 30 characters with spaces

The name is the title of the app, which is displayed both in the App Store and directly on the smartphone once you have downloaded the app.
App Store: 1024 x 1024 px
Google Play Store: 512 x 512 px (max. file size 1024 KB)

The icon is the app icon that users will see first. A unique look with recognition value is therefore very important.

The subtitle should summarize the app in a short, concise sentence. Mentioning the title of the app should be avoided here. Instead highlight the typical features of the app. The subtitle is always displayed under the name of the app.

The preview in the App Store is particularly important, because it provides the first insights into the app through graphics and screenshots, which should persuade users to download it. Screenshots with the most important features, inserted into mockups or with other graphic elements and short texts are recommended here. It should be clear to the users what is possible in the app and why they should download it. Up to ten graphics can be added, but the first three are very important because they are already displayed as previews when searching the app.
We will of course prepare all the necessary screenshots. However, if you would like to use graphics, you would have to create them yourself. The correct screenshots must be used in the graphics.
Google Play Store: 1024 x 500 px

You must provide a feature graphic to publish your store listing. Your feature graphic is a powerful tool to convey app experiences and attract new users. It is displayed in various places on Google Play, including as a cover image for your preview video and in collections of apps shown in large format.
Please note that you should put key elements in the center of the graphic as they might be cut off at the edges:

The promotional text is displayed above the description. Here, new features can be announced, presented or current promotions can be mentioned. The promotional text is optional and does not have to be filled in to submit the app. It can be added and deleted spontaneously depending on the occasion.
Google Play Store: 80 characters with spaces

Use the short description to summarize the main functions of your app in concise language to highlight the unique features.
App Store + Google Play Store: 4000 characters with spaces

The longer description should highlight the features and functions of the app. A concise first sentence is important, as this is displayed to users (in the App Store) without them having to click on the description field to open it. To present all features clearly, a list with a preceding explanatory paragraph can also be used. It should be made clear to users why they should download the app and why they will love it. Although there is more space here, it should still be limited to the most important points and features, so that the length of the text does not deter.

Keywords help users find the app quickly and easily in the App Store. You need to balance between popular, non-specific terms and less popular, specific terms, and preferably use a mixture of both. Keywords should be separated by a comma and without spaces, for example: "Theater,Culture,TicketGretchen,Burgtheater".
