When you purchase tickets through the app, your booking data is forwarded to the ticketing system of [...] to ensure a smooth process. This means the partner's ticketing system stores relevant data such as name, performance dates, and ticket number, ensuring that customers can use the partner's customer service if necessary.

The app crashed during the purchase process, what now? This usually happens when network connection issues occur, preventing the payment process from completing. Important: if you didn't receive a confirmation email for the ticket purchase, no charge was made to your payment method. Please restart the app and try again.

How do I redeem my tickets? On the payment page and in the confirmation email, you'll find information on how the ticket is delivered. Depending on the event, different options are available. Standard ticket options include:
Mobile Ticket: Bring your phone to the entrance and present the ticket in the app or via Passbook.
Print-at-Home: Print the PDF from the confirmation email and present the printout at the entrance.
What should I do in case of problems, e.g., if I forget my smartphone or the battery is dead? Please contact the staff at [venue] in advance.
How can I forward purchased tickets to my companion? You can easily send tickets directly from the app. Go to "Tickets", select the ticket, and click "Send to Email". Enter your companion's email address. The ticket contains no price information, so you can invite friends without them seeing the cost.
Can I cancel purchased tickets? [individual answer] Tickets purchased through [...] unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Why can't I select more than six tickets for purchase? Booking more than six tickets per payment transaction is currently not supported.
What payment methods are available? [...] accepts payments from Mastercard and Visa credit card providers, as well as payments via Google & Apple Pay, PayPal, and Bluecode. Payment options are continually being expanded.
Can I use my [...]-Card in the app? [Individual answer] Subscriptions and discounts cannot currently be applied through the app.
I forgot my password. No problem — simply enter your email address on the "Reset Password" page and we'll send you a password reset email.
How do I delete my payment data? Stored payment methods can be found in the "Profile" menu and can be deleted there.
