The test booking(s) has/have been checked and the customer confirms they have been correctly recorded in the ticketing system
Customer data is correctly recorded in the ticketing system when booking
Customer characteristics set in the ticketing system based on easy-connect subscriptions are correctly received
Customer characteristics processed by the app and coming from the ticketing system have been reported to easy-connect and checked for correctness
All relevant employees have the appropriate subscriptions from easy-connect (e.g., age verification subscription) for continued testing
All relevant promotions & priceTypes have been tested by the customer
The ticket barcode was scanned at least once at the cash register; the scan works (or correctly fails for an invalid/cancelled ticket)
The design of the app was implemented according to the customer's wishes and in accordance with the specifications from the checklist and feedback from two feedback loops
The functionality of the app was implemented according to the customer's wishes and in accordance with the specifications from the contract and feedback from two feedback loops
Ticket prices and any fees are displayed correctly in the app
All seating plans are displayed correctly in the app
All content for all events available at the time of launch is correctly transferred to the app from the content interface
The wording of the app has been approved and there are no outstanding change requests
The box office staff has received training and knows how to cancel tickets in the easy-connect admin panel and how to view bookings
An account has been created in the easy-connect admin panel for all relevant employees
The ticketing/cashier/marketing staff has received detailed training covering: putting new events on sale, advance sales processes, creating new venues and seating plans, setting advance sales start dates, manual age verification, creating new homepage categories
All relevant employees have been given access to the easy-connect support portal and will use it as the first point of contact for all inquiries after launch
The wording and design of the emails has been approved and meets the customer's requirements
The customer has received information material about the app release in the stores and sent all relevant information
The customer has received functional deep links for further communication and has learned how deep links work and how new ones can be created via Branch
The customer has received a detailed introduction to push notifications and can independently create new push campaigns in CleverTap
The customer has informed easy-connect about the first upcoming pre-sales after the app launch and the expected number of users
All desired payment methods except Google Pay (can only be configured after app launch) are working
All desired delivery methods (in-app ticket, wallet, PDF, etc.) are working
FAQ, GDPR, and terms and conditions were provided to easy-connect and are correctly displayed in the app; the customer was informed about how to change this information independently
