This checklist serves to enable us to create the initial configuration of the app and to do the initial branding. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact pm@easy-connect.io via mail. We will discuss further details and configuration options in our CI/CD meeting.
The CI/CD meeting will ideally take place one week after we have received the completed checklist from you and after the accounts for the app stores have been created. You will find suggested dates for the meeting in an email.
To match the app with your CI/CD, we need information on colors and fonts used. Please list all colors from your CD that could be relevant for the app. In the CI/CD workshop, we can of course talk about other variations.
Text color (in the entire app)
Background color (in the entire app)
Background color of the bottom bar
Color of the selected icon in the bottom bar
Color of the inactive icons in the bottom bar
Accent color(s) for badges of promotions, categories, buttons, or similar
Which fonts should be used in the app? You can either have one font for the entire app or have different fonts for heading and paragraphs. The font style is of course adjusted in each case (Weight, Size, etc.)
Warning: If it is not a free font, a license specifically for apps must be presented. In this case please send us the font (including all necessary font styles) and the appropriate license.
The app icon represents the app from the outside. It is visible on the home screen before the user opens the app. Usually, the app icon consists of a logo that is centred on a background.
To be able to automatically generate your App Icon for all stores and devices, we need a PNG with 1536 x 1536 pixels, Logo must be centered.
The splash screen is displayed before each app start. Usually it shows the logo on a background color. The simplest and recommended variant is a single-color background on which the logo is placed in the center.
Note: Android only supports a transparent icon on a single color background. No gradients or images are supported.
Please provide a graphic (PNG) in the following size: 2732 pixels x 2732 pixels
We need the logo as a vector graphic, preferably as SVG. If the logo is not available as a vector graphic, please provide a PNG in the highest possible resolution.
The bottom menu bar can be configured according to your wishes. A settings screen and a home screen are obligatory. Screens can be named differently and icons can be exchanged.
Home: displays with different content, upcoming events, media library
Program: Calendar view with all events
Community: Friends, friend requests, wishlist
Settings: Profile picture, previously booked tickets, settings
Optional — My events: wishlist, previously booked tickets, possible TrueTicket integration
We have different ways of displaying events and content in the app: event filters by period (Next week, Next month), by genre/tag or by certain promotions or discounts. It is also possible to display additional content such as key visuals, news articles or videos.
To be able to publish the apps, accounts must be created with Apple and Google. It is important that the client is the account holder. Once the account has been created, we would ask you to create an admin account for y.vihaus@easy-connect.io.
Google: Google Play Console — Create new developer account. Attention: Only possible with existing Google account (Gmail).
Let us know your app name (displayed in App Stores + displayed underneath the app icon) and a name that is used for your deeplinks. The scheme for deeplinks is: {yourname}.app.link
When the user opens the app for the first time, onboarding screens are displayed. They serve as an introduction to the app and can be freely designed. We would need:
Design template of the individual screens
Design elements used (images, graphic elements)
Text
Attention: We recommend starting the design from the smallest possible device (e.g. iPhone SE). Up to four onboarding screens are possible.
