Communicate smarter — reach your audience with the right message, at the right time, through the right channel. Our Messaging Feature allows you to create and manage multi-channel campaigns directly from the admin panel. You can send push notifications, in-app messages, and emails — all from a single, coordinated campaign setup.
Timely and relevant communication builds trust and engagement. Whether you're announcing new performances, informing about last-minute changes, or keeping your audience updated on seat availability, this feature lets you manage all outreach seamlessly — without switching between tools.
By combining push, in-app, and email channels, you can ensure messages reach users quickly while still providing space for deeper context and visuals inside the app.
With this feature, you can:
Announce new performances or ticket sales instantly via push
Add more context and visuals through in-app messages
Follow up with an email — all as part of one coordinated campaign
Create and send campaigns directly in the admin panel. Choose one or several channels:
Push notifications appear instantly and are perfect for short updates (e.g., "New tickets available!").
In-app notifications appear instantly in the app inbox and can include additional content & context — such as performance lists, event links, or calls to action buttons.
Emails are ideal for longer-form communication or follow-up messages.
Combine all channels in a single campaign for a consistent multi-touch experience or include push and in-app notifications in your existing communication strategy.
Campaigns can be targeted to specific user memberships — which can come from:
Ticketing system data (e.g., subscribers, members, or specific audience segments)
App-based memberships (e.g., interests selected during onboarding or in the user profile)
This allows you to send highly relevant campaigns, such as announcing upcoming ballet premieres only to users interested in dance, or sending exclusive offers to student or youth club members.
You can also send targeted campaigns to users based on their existing orders — for example, informing users about cast or time changes for upcoming performances, or sending reminders or event-specific updates to ticket holders only. This ensures important information reaches exactly the right audience.
Users can subscribe to updates for sold out performances within the app. Once new seats become available, they automatically receive a notification (via push, in-app message, or email) — prompting them to purchase before others.
Similarly, users can subscribe to notifications for specific promotions — for example, a youth promotion or discounted ticket category. As soon as new seats become available within that promotion, the system automatically notifies interested users.
These automated campaigns help convert interest into sales while reducing manual communication effort. Note: Some apps may already have this feature activated — check with us to confirm if yours does!
If you'd like to start using messaging campaigns, please let us know. We'll activate the In-App Inbox for your account and provide short onboarding materials to help your team create and send multi-channel campaigns directly through the admin panel.
Our team can also support you in building a consistent messaging strategy — from defining target groups to creating engaging campaign concepts that align with your sales and marketing goals.
Performance funnel campaigns — for example, targeting users who have added an event to their wishlist but haven't purchased a ticket yet — are not yet available, but are on our short-term roadmap.
